Introduction

The increasing demand for good supplies means increasing farming efficiency. Farming productivity has recently decreased because of decreasing organic matters in the soil and the use of artificial "Fertilizers excessing technical/economical limits". To Fulfill farming needs, we started producing fertilizers for local and international agriculture markets.

Zeolite Agro-G Super

JAVA INDAH ZEOLITE is a new multipurpose discovery. In general, zeolite is used a s a soil conditioner to increase the effectiveness of anorganic fertilizers as well as increasing productivity and harvest qualities. Some of its applications are used in :

Prawn Farming

Zeolite helps:

  1. Absorption of foul odor from prawn excrements and decomposed remains.
  2. Bind heavy metals such as Pb, Fe, etc.
  3. The growth of phytoplanktons as a natural food for prawns.
  4. Acceleration of prawn growth, resulting in a quick harvest.

Agriculture

  1. increases the pH, CTC, N, Ca, Mg and K in the soil.
  2. Increases the efficiency of anorganic fertilizers to supply nitrogen and calcium for the soil.
  3. Increses water absorption.
  4. Control ammonia, calcium and potassium ions in the soil.
  5. Control alumunium toxic.

Poultry and Livestock Breeding

Zeolite support the animals metabolic and biochemical mechanism; it:

  1. accelerates growth.
  2. Increases food absorption and fodder efficiency.
  3. Prevents livestock and poultry from diarrhea.
  4. Dries excrements and absorbs foul odor.
  5. Increases productivity as well as eggs/ meat quality (poultry).
  6. Increases meat and milk quality (livestock).

Industrial/ Environment Conservation

Zeolite is capable of neutralizing pollution/ foul odor caused by waste disposals.

Golf Courses

Implemented mainly in the USA and Japan, zeolite supports healthy growth of the grass as well as water supply, good aeration, and water absorption, enhancing the effectiveness of soil minerals. Zeolite also prevents disturbances caused by chemical contamination. Intensive utilization of zeolite will make your golf courses green !

Zeolite is sold to the local market and exported to Malaysia, Taiwan, India and we are seeking to enter the Japan market. Our cooperation with the BPTP (Badan Pengkajian Teknologi Pertanian) in 1996 to try using zeolite on rice plants proved a successful harvest. It even increased productivity to 15-30%. Through this trial experiment we managed to achieve a letter of recommendation from the West Java Regional Office Of Agriculture.

As a part of our future plans we will produce NPK (DiCalcium Phosphate animal feedmill additive) for the local market and also for exports to fulfill the increasing demands for natural/organic fertilizers in various countries.

Product

In 1990 we established JAVA INDAH in Padalarang to produce calcium carbonate, hydrated lime powder, phosphate guano, zeolite and silica powder for various industries with a production capacity of 25.000 tons per years.

Calcium Carbonate

Is mostly used as a mixture in paints, wall caulks, PVC pipes, shoes sponges, animal fodder and ceramics.

Phosphate Guano

Is mostly used as a natural fertilizer in agriculture; 90% is exported to Japan.

Silica Powder

Is used for industry paints such as ship and factory floor paints.
